The Laboratory Chemical, Radiation, and Waste Management Committee of the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences (AMS), Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Chiang Mai University Safety, Health, and Environment Center (CMU SH&E), successfully conducted the 2nd Laboratory Hazardous Chemical Waste Disposal operation of 2026.

The hazardous waste scheduled for disposal was initially cataloged through the CMU Smart Lab system. It was then safely transported from various laboratories to the designated disposal drop-off point at the Faculty of AMS parking garage. All collected materials were meticulously sorted and categorized in strict accordance with mandatory safety regulations and regulatory standards.
